A: *Minimum requirements for application for a concealed firearms permit in Utah are: - Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Proof of good character...whereas the applicant;
- has not been convicted of a felony;
- has not been convicted of any crime of violence;
- has not been convicted of any offense involving the use of alcohol;
- has not been convicted of any offenses involving the unlawful use of narcotics or other controlled substances;
- has not been convicted of any offenses involving moral turpitude;
- has not been convicted of any offense involving domestic violence;
- has not been adjudicated by a court of a state or of the United States as mentally incompetent, unless the adjudication has been withdrawn or reversed
*A criminal background check is conducted for all applicants.
Please contact BCI if you have any question if you will qualify for a permit. Some crimes will NOT disqualify you depending on how long ago your conviction occured and the circumstances regarding your conviction. If you have ever been convicted of a felony, you WILL NOT qualify for a CFP.

This is Utah's website for all things concealed firearm related.
Q: What guns can I buy from you?
A: Any! We don't keep much in stock, but if you are willing to wait we can get you exactly what you want at the lowest possible price.
Q: What other products do you offer?
A: We don't keep much of anything in stock, but again, if you are willing to wait, we can get ammo, holsters, tents, fishing gear, scopes, and anything hunting, fishing, or outdoor related.
Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We can't reveal ALL our secrets. ;) PLUS, we aren't in the business to make a ton of money. We just have fun selling guns and providing classes and want as many people as possible to be able to get CFP's and buy firearms.
Q: Can I drop by your store?
A: Yes, however we may not be there, and we may not be able to help you even if we are here. We really are NOT a walkin type of store. It is best to call ahead. PLUS, since we don't carry a lot of inventory, there really isn't much to see by dropping by. So please email us what you are looking for and by NOT dropping by you can save both of us a lot of time and hassle.
